Conditions were not very good but I sure enjoyed the context. Used my HyGain Patriot vertical for 15 contacts, including dupes. Thanks for a very nice event. 73, Dick N5KIP |

DON’T KNOW IF THE SPC/MEMBER NUMBER ADDS TO THE MULT WHEN A STN IS WKD 2ND TIME???? HELP. I’M SOOOO CONFUSED. 73 ES 72, KEN |
My time this year was limited by having to play a tennis match, so only got on for the last 35 minutes. 73/72, John T. Laney III, K4BAI. |
First time for this contest. Really thought the
conditions would have been better, but did not hear that many other
stations. Listened mostly, called CQ a few times, but thought it best to
listen. Just not the best of conditions, but enjoyed listening. QRN was a
bit of a problem as some major storms were coming across the midwest.
Looked west the entire time as I did not hear many stations all all from
the east or south when I listened on a dipole or vertical. So used the
beam for all QSO's.

Not but one logged station...I've gotta work on my cw speed!!!! Anyhow, here it is...might help NO2D. :)KF4KRV |
NO2D, thx for sticking with me, I was having a hard time
using this paddle today! I did not hear too many people, but less heard
me, so I need to get a better signal out and become a better op. Thanks
for fun I did have!

Thanks for
sponsoring this contest. It was a lot of fun.

1st CGR for me and using a new
loop antenna as well, got started about 20 minutes late but still made
some good contacts. Signals were good, mostly Q5 and varied up to 20 db
over S9 for K7IA also at 5 watts! Lots of fun, Tnx
